Scheduled Delivery

If you need your package by a specific date, please request Express Shipping as this is the only service with a guaranteed  delivery date and its not 100% all the time as it is just a estimation.

Damaged products

We will be more then happy to replace products due to damage during shipping at no cost to the customer. Photo documentation is required within 3 business days of receiving of product. You can email the pictures to our email (contact us) I encourage customers to check their packages upon receiving for any issues.After the 3 days this policy will expire and we will not honor it.

Customers are responsible for incorrect information provided. If the items/package is returned to our company we will reship the package with full shipping fees covered by customer. In addition to updating with the correct information.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

Due to the uniqueness of every product being created/personalized to order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. We will gladly exchange or reship items if it is a Company error. ( Misspelled name, wrong phrase etc.) 

please make sure to review your spelling on you custom items. 

If this happens and the item is not yet to be made we will be more then happy to fix the order. Please make sure you contact me as quickly as possible to the make correction. Please mark “urgent corrections” in the email.

If the item is already made do to the cost of material and time we will not be able to make the correction with out a additional fee.
